Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Customers have 30 minutes to cancel or modify their order by emailing our customer service team (info@johnson-manchester.com). After this period, the order is processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled or modified. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and return it in accordance with our return policy. -
Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt. When reporting a return via email, please include the reason for the return, order number, and photos of the items to ensure prompt and accurate processing. Upon receiving your return request, you will receive a return form by email, which must be included with your return shipment. Ensure your return has a tracking code. -
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by Johnson-Manchester. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China, with return costs starting from £19.95. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items without tracking. -
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and approved by our team. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or unsuitable items may not qualify for a refund. -
Additional Cancellation Information
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur. If an order is already in transit, please wait until it arrives before returning. For quicker processing, kindly send us a shipping confirmation once the item has been returned.
